Titchfield Haven birdwatching guide
Titchfield Haven fills the last stretch of the Meon valley with reedbed, scrapes and wet meadow before it meets the Solent at Hill Head. A council-run reserve with a staffed visitor centre and a chain of hides along both sides of the valley, it is one of the south coast's most dependable sites for bearded tits, water rail and breeding waders.
