Loch Leven birdwatching guide
Loch Leven is the largest lowland loch in Scotland and a national nature reserve, and each autumn tens of thousands of pink-footed geese drop onto it straight from Iceland. The RSPB's Vane Farm side of the loch adds hides over wet grassland and a hill trail with a long view across the water to the castle island.
