Westhay Moor birdwatching guide
Westhay Moor is Somerset Wildlife Trust's founding piece of the Avalon Marshes and the site of the UK's first modern bittern reedbeds, rebuilt on cut-over peat. Quieter than its RSPB neighbours, its hides overlook lily-covered lagoons alive with dragonflies in summer.
