Magor Marsh birdwatching guide
Magor Marsh is the last piece of ancient fenland on the Gwent Levels, saved by Gwent Wildlife Trust in 1963 as its founding reserve. Boardwalks cross sedge fen and reed-fringed pools where kingfishers hunt, with the whole site walkable in an easy hour.
